The Problem We Solve

More people are struggling than you know, and most of them will never ask for help.

Burnout, disengagement, difficulty concentrating, feeling overwhelmed by tasks that should be manageable, these aren't signs of weakness or lack of motivation. They're often signs that someone's thinking and organizational skills need better support.

Many of these people are neurodivergent, diagnosed or not. Others are simply navigating environments that weren't designed for how their minds work. Either way, the impact on your organization is the same: lost productivity, increased absence, and talent that never reaches its potential.

CoachBridge fills that gap. Our workshops and coaching programs build the practical thinking skills that help people focus, plan, and follow through, in a way that works for how their mind actually functions. No diagnosis required. No disclosure needed. Open to everyone.

Whether you're an early-career coach looking to gain meaningful experience, or a seasoned professional ready to give back, this is a space where your skills can truly make a difference. We connect coaches with young adults who are seeking support in managing ADHD and executive function challenges helping them navigate school, work and life with greater confidence and clarity.

As a coach, you’ll have the opportunity to work with real clients, deepen your practice and apply your training in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. If you’re working toward certification, you can earn coaching hours and build the credentials you need. And if you’re already certified, your experience and perspective can play a powerful role in someone else’s journey.

We also offer specialized training in ADHD and executive function coaching to help you expand your toolkit and better serve your clients. Plus, you’ll join a vibrant, collaborative community of coaches at all stages of their careers - sharing insights, challenges, and wins as we all grow together.

A Tool We Use in CoachBridge Coaching

The Executive Function Check-In is one of the tools used in CoachBridge sessions to help clients reflect on how their executive function systems are working right now. It provides a simple way to visualise challenges with planning, starting tasks, time awareness, organisation, and emotional regulation, and helps clients identify one small step forward. We’re sharing this tool openly with the coaching community. Coaches are welcome to use it with their clients with credit to CoachBridge.

About CoachBridge

CoachBridge exists to make coaching more accessible to neurodivergent young adults while supporting early-carreer coaches in gaining meaningful, real-world experience. We believe in ethical, human-centered technology that enhances - not replaces - the coaching relationship.

CoachBridge began as a collaboration between a mother and daughter - combining lived experience with neurodiversity, a background in coaching and public policy, and a shared drive to build something better.

Too often, people who could benefit most from coaching - young people navigating transitions, neurodivergent students, or those exiting care systems - are the least likely to access it. At the same time, newly trained coaches struggle to find purposeful ways to practice and grow.

We created CoachBridge to connect these two groups. It's a platform that bridges needs and skills, using thoughtful design and ethical AI to make support more inclusive, scalable, and real.
