CoachBridge exists to make coaching more accessible to neurodiverse young adults - while supporting early-carreer coaches in gaining meaningful, real - world experience. We believe in ethical, human-centered technology that enhances - not replaces - the coaching relationship.
CoachBridge began as a collaboration between a mother and daughter - combining lived experience with neurodiversity, a background in coaching and public policy, and a shared drive to build something better.
Too often, people who could benefit most from coaching - young people navigating transitions, neurodiverse students, or those exiting care systems - are the least likely to access it.
At the same time, newly trained coaches struggle to find purposeful ways to practice and grow.
We created CoachBridge to connect these two groups. It's a platform that bridges needs and skills, using thoughtful design and ethical AI to make support more inclusive, scalable, and real.
