What we do
What is executive function coaching?
CoachBridge delivers structured executive function coaching, focused on planning, prioritising, starting tasks, sustaining effort, and follow-through. Executive function is the ability to plan, organise, start tasks, manage focus and adapt when things change. For many neurodivergent people, these processes work differently, not worse. Executive function coaching builds on existing strengths and creates practical structures that work with, rather than against, the way a person's brain works.
Getting started
Moving from intention to action, when starting is the hardest part of the task.
Time awareness
Sensing how time passes, so plans match the hours you actually have.
Planning ahead
Breaking goals into visible steps, and ordering them in a way that holds.
Holding things in mind
Keeping the right information to hand while you work through a task.
Going with the flow
Adapting when plans change, without losing the thread of what matters.
Staying organised
Building systems for tasks, spaces and information that work without constant effort.
Managing emotions under pressure
Staying steady when stress builds, so feelings inform you rather than derail you.
Thinking before acting
Creating a pause between impulse and action, on your own terms.
We work from what is happening in daily life, how tasks, environments and expectations interact with your brain, and build support from there.

About our approach
How CoachBridge is different
Most coaching focuses on productivity hacks, mindset shifts, or helping people perform within systems that were not designed for them. CoachBridge starts somewhere else: with functional need. We look at what is actually getting in the way day to day, such as planning, organisation, focus, task initiation, time management and follow-through, whether or not someone has a formal diagnosis. For individuals, that means practical, neuro-affirmative coaching that meets you where you are, without shame or pressure to “try harder.” For institutions, it means a scalable way to support students and staff based on real need, while strengthening reasonable adjustment, accommodation and inclusion practice.
Ungated by design
No diagnosis and no disclosure are required to begin. We start from functional need, how tasks and environments interact with a person’s brain, so support reaches people who are quietly struggling, not only those who already have a label.
Human coaching, at scale
Trained, supervised coaches deliver consistent support across whole cohorts, so institutions can reach many people without losing the human relationship.
Built for legal obligation
Our model supports duties around reasonable adjustment and equality, giving institutions a defensible, documented way to meet them.
Who we work with
We work with institutions,
not just individuals
CoachBridge supports three key sectors where neurodivergent people often struggle to disclose and to access support without active outreach. In all three, the challenge is not lack of need, it is that support rarely reaches people who are quietly struggling.
Higher education
Universities and colleges need sustainable, scalable support for students managing planning, time and focus challenges. Our cohort-based and individual coaching models fit within student services, accessibility and wellbeing frameworks.
Employers and workplaces
Organisations building inclusive cultures need practical support that reaches undisclosed employees. Our coaching supports obligations under disability equality frameworks and helps build genuine psychological safety, so neurodivergent people feel safer asking for what they need.
Healthcare systems
NHS Trusts and other health providers need structured, non-clinical support for people waiting for assessment or navigating everyday executive function challenges. Our coaching helps fill the gap between diagnosis waiting lists and clinical interventions.
Designed to strengthen institutional compliance
Across the UK, EU, US and beyond, equality law expects institutions to remove practical barriers for disabled people, and many neurodivergent people meet those definitions. CoachBridge gives you a scalable, documented way to strengthen that work.

Legal Framework
Grounded in disability equality law
CoachBridge operates in the context of disability equality and employment law across multiple jurisdictions. Our coaching is grounded in functional need, not diagnostic labels, and focuses on reducing practical barriers to learning and work. We help institutions provide practical, non-clinical support that can form part of a wider reasonable-adjustment or accommodation approach, alongside other measures. We centre lived experience and work in partnership with staff and student neurodiversity networks, disability services, and other stakeholders through a rights-based approach.
UK Equality Act 2010
Section 20 of the Equality Act 2010 creates a duty to make reasonable adjustments so that workers, learners and service users with disabilities are not placed at a substantial disadvantage compared with people who are not disabled. Executive function coaching can be one way institutions support that duty, including as part of anticipatory adjustments where they identify common barriers in advance. This aligns with guidance that organisations should take proactive steps to remove barriers, not wait until an individual hits crisis before acting.
EU Employment Equality Directive 2000/78/EC
Article 5 of the EU Employment Equality Directive 2000/78/EC requires employers to provide reasonable accommodation to enable people with disabilities to access, participate in and advance in employment, unless this would impose a disproportionate burden. Coaching that helps with planning, focus, organisation and follow-through can complement other workplace adjustments and support employers in meeting these obligations across EU member states and the EEA.
US Americans with Disabilities Act
Under Title I of the ADA (employment) and Title II (public entities), covered organisations must provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities unless this would cause undue hardship or fundamentally alter the service. Executive function coaching can be one practical support measure within an institution’s broader ADA accommodation strategy, where it is appropriate to the role and the individual’s needs. It does not replace the need for case-by-case assessment, interactive dialogue or other job-related adjustments.
UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
The CRPD sets out international standards on equality, accessibility and participation for people with disabilities, including obligations to ensure reasonable accommodation and support for independent living, education and work. Executive function coaching can support implementation of these principles in practice by helping to remove everyday barriers to learning, employment and community participation for neurodivergent people whose difficulties meet the relevant disability thresholds.
How we support compliance
CoachBridge is designed to help institutions strengthen their approach to legal obligations in a way that is scalable and person-centred. We provide clear programme documentation and anonymised or aggregated outcome data that can support internal equality, diversity and inclusion work, policy development and compliance reporting. CoachBridge is not a substitute for legal advice or statutory assessment, but it gives organisations a structured, evidence-informed way to offer support that aligns with modern disability equality standards.
