Pricing, payment terms, and any refund conditions will be shown before purchase.
Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK purchasing coaching online, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you request that coaching begins within this period, you may be asked to confirm that you understand the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service is fully delivered, or that you may owe a proportionate amount for services already delivered, in line with applicable law.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal data is processed in accordance with the CoachBridge Privacy Policy.
Coaching conversations are confidential, subject to legal and safeguarding limits (see Section 10).
Confidentiality Limits
Confidentiality may be limited where:
- There is a serious risk of harm
- Legal disclosure is required
- Safeguarding concerns arise
Where coaching is no longer appropriate or safe, coaching may be paused or ended and referral to other support encouraged. This is considered responsible practice.
Session Notes
CoachBridge does not routinely record coaching sessions.
In some cases, a coach may retain limited notes for professional supervision or accreditation. Any such note-keeping or sharing:
- Is minimal, non-clinical, and coaching-focused
- Does not include recordings unless separately and explicitly agreed
- Occurs only with the client's explicit, informed consent
- May be anonymised or pseudonymised where possible
Clients are not required to consent to this in order to receive coaching and may withdraw consent at any time.
Third-Party Tools
Coaching sessions and scheduling may take place using third-party services (e.g. video or calendar tools). These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. CoachBridge is not responsible for third-party outages or failures.
Suspension or Termination
CoachBridge may suspend or terminate access where necessary, including for breach of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or ethical or safety concerns. Any action will be proportionate and focused on safety and fairness.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- CoachBridge does not guarantee outcomes from coaching
- CoachBridge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Responsibility for decisions remains with the client
Nothing limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
CoachBridge may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated clearly. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
